Alexander, by the Grace of God of Hanover and Athenoi King, Emperor of Calormen, and Head of the Commonwealth to our most trusted friend and ally Demitrios Livingston, and to All Our Loving Subjects Whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.
LET IT BE KNOWN that it is Our Will and Pleasure that our most trusted ally and friend of the Kingdom of Hanover, Chris D. Livingston, has proved his worth in deed and friendship and should hold the office and position of Pious King of Arms of the Kingdom of Hanover, enjoying all the rights, prerogatives and privileges to that office attached.
AND WE COMMAND that he shall retain the post of King of Arms until Our further pleasure is signified.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Seventh day of May in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
