The election will be carried out using secure webforms, rather than the e-mail ballots Morovia used to use. This was decided in a Cabinet discussion, and I can't really remember the reasoning.
Steve, do you think you could create the forms we will need, and upload them and give links here (or better still send code to me for uploading)?
If not, I'll use FormMail.to

I'd try to find time...
How do we ascertain that the person who voted are really who he say he is? For example, I can vote and call myself Thomas Cutterham, complete with your email address.

Te person registers to vote (wit the first form). Then he is sent a Voter Password to his e-mail address. He must include that password on the voting form. I haven't included the voting form here, because we don't know who the candidates will be, but it will just be "Name, E-Mail Address, Password, Candidates".
Does that sound right?

Okay... formmail.to has discontinued offering new forms to people for free...
I'm now looking for some other way to make a decent, working form, given that forms designed in MS FrontPage don't work with Geocities.
