The KING has been graciously pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, bearing date the 30th of April, to declare that his Right Reverend Cousin James Richard Edward George Marchmain, JC, Lord Bishop of Kells, shall be entitled to hold and enjoy the styles, titles, and attributes of Marquess of Mountcastle, Earl of Lewiston, Viscount Marchmain of Kells, and Baron Murchadha of Blessington.
