I believe that the standing orders remain from session to session, and thus I am concerned to see they are not properly posted in these forums. I request they be properly returned or explanation given as to why they are not posted?

There is no Speaker at present, and hence there is no-one with the necessary authority over this forum except the King himself. When His Majesty appoints a Speaker, I trust that person will take care of this issue.

It is true that I posted the Oath and the State Opening Programme, but this was based on the King's command, not on any authority I possess.

I know there is no speaker, and I know why you posted. It was rhetorical. Is my supposition about the Standing Orders correct?
