I beg to present the following Humble Petition for Your Majesty's consideration:

WITNESSETH

That whereas it has been customary, from time to time, for political parties and divers other private organisations to be granted forums on the Hanoverian national discussion fora, and Your Majesty's Petitioner has formed the Hanoverian Reform Party as such a political party and private organisation, and is desirous of obtaining for it a forum:

Your Majesty's Petitioner doth humbly pray that a forum be established and granted unto him and the said Hanoverian Reform Party, under his moderation, and that the said forum be placed in the forum category currently set aside for the Parliament, as has been customary in the past.

And Your Majesty's Petitioner shall ever pray, &c.
