Dread Sovereign Lord,

In order that the daily operations of Parliament may be transferred to New Bergen, I beg that it shall now be Your Majesty's gracious pleasure to dissolve the Eighth Parliament, presently assembled at Bergen, and speedily summon a new Parliament to sit at New Bergen in the customary manner.

In accord with the requirements of the Organic law and the main representative of Parliament in the person of the Prime Minister I hearby conclude the eighth parliament and dissolve it.

I order that the Parliament be convoked at a time and place to be determined by proper summons no later than the fifth of May in the year of Grace 2008.
