Yes, IF the husband and WIFE fall out of love, which can happen, I think they should be able to be divorced.
But what if just one wants out?
Personally yes if only one wants it.
I would have to agree that adultery should not be a crime.
I personally find it reprehensible, but something that should remain a concern only for the individuals involved, not the government.
Adultry, divorce and marriage shouldn't be in the view of the government. These supremely personal issues are no one's business but the participants.
