My lords and gentlemen,
Despite the fact that I did not formally prorogue Parliament, the effect of the holiday schedule of the members was the same as if I had, and so therefore I reopen this session.
Now that the national holiday is over, let us resume our activity and finish the constitution and other pressing needs of the nation.
