ALEXANDER by the Grace of God King of Hanover, Supreme Governor of the Church of Hanover, Defender of the Faith unto the Prelates, Great Men, and Peers presently assembled in Our Parliament at Bergen, Greetings!

We now require of you, the same Prelates, Great Men, and Peers aforesaid, to treat with Us and Our Council concerning the state of Foreign Affairs, specifically the Ministry of State and the need to reaffirm our ties with our allied nations and seek new ties with other nations, and that, with Our Royal Consent, you make such enactments and resolutions in this wise as you may think meet.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent, and the Great Seal of Our Kingdom of Hanover to be hereunto affixed, Witness Ourself at Our Court at St. George's this Second Day of November, in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven, and in the Fourth Year of Our Reign.
