ALEXANDER by the Grace of God King of Hanover, Supreme Governor of the Church of Hanover, Defender of the Faith to Our Trusty and beloved subject Sir Aderyn Evereste, Greeting:
KNOW YOU that We, reposing especial trust and confidence in your loyalty, integrity, and ability, DO, by these Presents constitute and appoint you the said Sir Aderyn Evereste Knight of the Most Illustrious Order of the Act to be Our Secretary of Propaganda, to hold, exercise and enjoy the said office during Our pleasure, together with all the rights, profits, privileges, and advantages thereunto belonging or appertaining, to be responsible for advising Us with respect to all things whatsoever which shall in any way pertain to government communications with Our loving subjects and all others as to the efforts of the Kingdom and for directing and governing all things whatsoever which shall in any way pertain to Our Office of Propaganda.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent, and the Great Seal of Our Kingdom of Hanover to be hereunto affixed, Witness Ourself at Our Court at St. George's this Ninth Day of October, in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven, and in the Fourth Year of Our Reign.
