VULSTANIUS, by the Grace of God, Lord Archbishop of Bergen and Primate of the Church of Hanover, unto Our trusty and well-beloved Christopher Demetrios McQueeny, and unto all to whom these Presents come, Greetings!
WHEREAS our trusty and well-beloved Christopher Demetios McQueeny, Gentleman, is known by all to posses great knowledge and abilities in matters ecclesiastical, being therefore apt to contribute greatly to the administration of the Church, and whereas we have found it necessary to have a cleric to assist Us is Divine Services and to render advice unto Us upon all of the the many grave and weighty [/size]questions and concerns which are apt to arise in the administration of the Church of Hanover, and whereas We have found Christopher Demetrios McQueeny worthy amoungst Our Flock to take such a post being pious in life, and being learned in all things Ecclesiastical;
KNOW NOW YE that We, being Lord Archbishop of Bergen and Primate of the Church of Hanover, have thought fit to ordain and enact, and do by these Presents so ordain and enact, Our trusty and beloved subject, the same Christopher Demetrios McQueeny aforesaid, Dominus Protonotarius Archiepiscopus de Numero Participantium in the Church of Hanover.
AND WE DO FURTHER by these Presents so ordain and enact that he shall be the first amoungst Our Clergy, inferior only to Us. And We do confer upon him the usage of the style of the Reverend Monsignor Christopher Demetrios McQueeny and we do further enjoin that all shall address him always by the style of Monsignor.
Given by Our hand this Twenty-eighth day of August, in the Fourth Year of the Reign of our Gracious Sovereign, King Alexander the First, the Year of our Lord Two-thousand and Seven.
