His Majesty the KING has signified before the several Lords of His Most Honourable Privy Council that it is his good will and pleasure that certain amongst his loving subjects be now appointed to hold the great offices and dignities of the Realm, in tenor following:
<center>Cabinet Ministers</center>
1. The Rt Hon. the Baron of Oldenburg to be the Lord High Treasurer.
2. The M. Rev. the Lord Archbishop of Bergen to be the Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal.
3. Mr. Carson Smith to be the Secretary of State.
<center>Ministers Outside the Cabinet</center>
4. His Royal Highness the Prince of Emden to be the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
5. The Rt Hon. the Count of Damoneigh to be the Lord President of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
