All such Lords and Members as are currently present in the House are commanded, in accordance with the Rules of Order, to state their names or titles at this time.
Note: Since our Right-Honorable friend the noble Lord, the Baron of Oldenburg is not available to call the Roll, I shall start the Roll Call. I am starting it early since I will be at services until well after 12 noon, I hope this is acceptable to all members
