Justice Brenneman is unfortunately AWOL, so I will be appointing someone else to this Commission in the next couple of days. I would like to start work on producing a really detailed and fail-safe manual on how to conduct elections, and write up some properly worded Royal Decrees setting out how elections occur, etc.
One interesting factor that occured in the last election is that the Constitution doesn't specify how many seats there are in Parliament, so basically it was us (or rather I) who decided how many MPs we have. We should put in place some kind of formula for working out the numbers, so it's not so arbitrary.
Also, I may talk to HM about converting this Commission into a Royal Commission for Elections <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><em>and Statistics</em><!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->, so we can have something to do while there are no elections, namely <strong>a big census</strong> so we can see who is actually active. It may even be that we will revoke the citizenships of people who have never been active so that we have a more accurate list.
I hope everyone is okay with this new agenda. If you feel you aren't up to it (i.e. you actually have a life and don't have the time) then just say so and I'm sure I'll be able to find someone who is, and doesn't. :-)
