Although I have not yet formally taken office, I believe that I am the closest thing Hanover has to a Government at present. Under which dubious authority, I have the honour of welcoming you to Hanover, both as representative of the great Kingdom of Babkha, and as an old friend. It is my hope that we can renew our old relations with Babkha, terminated so long ago for reasons I can only vaguely remember.
