<center>An Act to release the Crown from its burden of ownership of certain national discussion fora, and to make fresh provision for the administration of the same.</center>
WHEREAS the divers electronic discussion areas or fora which have been made available by the gracious will and pleasure of Our Sovereign Lord the King for the use of His loving subjects and such otherwise people as may interest themselves in His Realm are subject to no control or regulation save the powers vested in the Crown as owner of the same national fora :
AND WHEREAS this situation is most burdensome and inconvinent to the Crown, and an impediment to the satisfaction and realisation of His Majesty's just and proper desire to more fully attend to the many grave and significant duties of His Throne, and to the general welfare of His loving subjects :
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Temporal and Commons in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows :
I. All public discussion areas that are designated for the exclusive use of the the Sovereign, Members of the Royal Family, Peers, or Privy Counsellors, and all other such discussion areas not otherwise provided for by this Act, shall be and remain the personal property of the King, His heirs and successors, subject to division, dissolution, and alienation according to His Will and Pleasure.
II. The current electronic edition and archives of the Royal Gazette is passed by this Act into the hands of the Lord High Chancellor, to be owned and operated by him and his successors in the same office, until such a time as this or future Parliaments may think fit to direct otherwise.
III. All fora that are used as the official premises or discussion areas, whether private or public, of government departments, cities, counties, and such private corporations as His Majesty may by Royal Charter establish, shall be and remain in the full possession of the said government departments, cities, counties, and corporations.
IV. Any public forum in which no post has been made for a period of forty days shall be subject to seizure by the Crown through the procedure of escheat, subject to such regulations as the Lord High Chancellor may establish concerning the said procedure, provided that adequate opportunity is given for the owner of the said forum to defend his right to continued possession thereof.
V. It shall be lawful for His Majesty to make such rules and regulations concerning the identification of His subjects and such aliens as may pass through His Kingdom in public discussion areas and fora, including the forum usernames, icons, avatars, and signatures of said persons, by means of an Order given in His Most Honourable Privy Council.
VI. This Act may be cited as the National Fora Act 2006, and shall come into force upon recieving the Royal Assent.
