It is granted. We just need a county of residence. It will be reviewed May 26th to see if full citizenship shall be granted at that time. If not granted at that time due to any reason other than being revoked, then it would be automatic June 26. Of course this unless it has been revoked before June 26.

Before attaining full citizneship Alicia can not vote as per the Naturalization Act Sec 1 number 4.
