Now that His Majesty Alexander, the King of this nation, has officially opened this conference, I do now say "let's get to business" and hereby swing the gavel.

Every delegate is entirely welcome to bring issues which concern themselves or their nations to the attention of the conference. To do so, simply start a new topic devoted to the issue (keep in mind that you should check to make sure a topic is not already addressing that issue, and also keep in mind that in replies to a topic, one should try not to stray too far from the issue at hand).
I will take the liberty of posting links to all the topics in this topic, together with short descriptions of what is being discussed - this will be merely for your convenience and will be updated at least once every 30 hours.
