CONSTITUTION OF THE PROGRESSIVE PARTY
I PROGRESSIVE PARTY OF HANOVER
1. The Progressive Party shall strive to be an all inclusive party that will promote the general welfare, democratic government, revival, renewal, reform, progress and proper governance of the Kingdom of Hanover.
2. The Progressive Party shall embrace, follow and advocate the principles of both progressivism and liberalism within the Kingdom and throughout the world of online nations.
3. The Progressive Party supports a pan-ideological approach towards politics. The Progressove Party shall not maintain strict adherence to any single ideology. We also note that progressivism and liberalism are not full ideologies in and of themselves.
4. The Progressive Party will support issues, actions and legislation that will be in the best interests of the Kingdom and the advancement of liberal advocation of civil, human and politcal rights and progressive reform.
5. We pledge loyalty to the His Majesty the King and will uphold the Bill of Rights and the rights embodied in it.
II GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The formal name of the party shall be the "Progressive Party of Hanover."
2. Membership is open to all Hanoverian citizens.
3. All members must subscribe to principles of progress and the party
III ORGANIZATION
1. The Progressive Caucus shall be the main assembly of all party members. The Caucus has the responsibility of creating and upholding party policy, electing the Chairman, nominating members to run for the Office of Prime Minister, publishing party statements and creating party publicity. All party members shall have one vote.
2. The chief political leader of the Progressive Party will be elected by the Progressive Caucus and will serve as the party's main voice in the Kingdom. New elections for the position of Chairman may be called at any time by the Progressive Caucus.

[*]The Chairman with consent from the Caucus may appoint one member of the party to serve as Vice-Chairman and who shall be responsible for administrative affairs. The Vice-Chairman is second-in-command of the Party after the Chairman, and shall take over for the Chairman if he is absent or incapacitated. If the Chairman resigns, then the Vice-Chairman shall becoming acting Chairman until the Caucus elects a new one.<>

IV POLICY
1. All policy shall be decided by popular vote of the Progressive Caucus. All votes require a simple majority of votes cast to pass and the assent of the Chairman unless a two-thirds majority is achieved. All votes shall least a minimum of 48 hours, until every Party member has voted, or until a decisive amount of Party members have voted for a single option.
2. The Progressive Caucus during the appropriate time shall select the person who shall represent the party in the nomination for Prime Minister.
3. Party members will be identified with their Progressive membership in parenthesis, e.g. Troy Thompson (P).

1. This Party Constitution shall be known as the Constitution of the Progressive Party.
2. The Constitution shall be amendment any time by the Caucus.
