A bill to clarify the function of the Athenoi Legislature Act 2005

BE IT ENACTED by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Whereas The Athenoi Legislature Act makes provision for the establishment of a legislature in the Dominion of Athenoi;

And Whereas His Majesties Proclamation of the Sixth of November 2005 did disolve the Dominion of Athenoi;

And Wheras His Majesties Proclamation of the Sixth of November 2005 did establish the County of Athenoi;

1. The Athenoi Legislature Act 2005 shall henceforth apply to the County of Athenoi subject to the amendments contained within this bill.

2. All instances of the word "Dominion" in the Athenoi Legislature Act 2005 shall be replaced by the word "County".

3. All instances of the words "Legate of Athenoi" in the Athenoi Legislature Act 2005 shall be replaced by the words "Lord-Lieutenant".

4. This act may be cited as the Athenoi Legislature Clarification Act 2006, and shall come into force upon recieving royal Assent.
