1. The King, when he wants a document written, makes a new thread bearing the title of the document (e.g., "Letters Patent: Duke of Gottingen") in which he states specifically what he wants.

2. The Lord Chancellor writes a draft of the document, and posts it as a reply to the King's post.

3. The King reviews the draft, and replies with any comments, suggestions, changes, etc. When he is satisfied with the final text, the King moves the document to the Gazette, and locks the topic.

4. At some future point in time, the Lord Chancellor moves the topic to the Chancery Archives.
