To Recognize and Protect the Rights of the People
BE IT ENACTED by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Citation
This act may be cited as the Bill of Rights (2006).
Section 2: Rights
1. All persons are endowed with natural rights that cannot be limited, except when they interefere with the rights or welfare of others, or where they interfere with the general well-being of the nation or people.
2. Anything or action that is not a crime is a right.
3. No action that does not directly create an unwilling victim can ever be considered a crime.
Section 3: Commencement and Superiority
1. This act shall come into force upon receiving Royal Assent.
2. This act shall be superior to all other legislation, as if it were constitutional legislation.
