As per the Freedom of Information Act 2004, I submit the following request:


Name of Applicant: Aderyn Evereste

Reason for Application: A public examination of charges of censorship in the Hanoverian forums

Type of Information Requested: Chat logs, forum posts and emails of an official nature relating to the incident in question.

Name(s) of Documents requested (if known): Unknown

Define the Information as Specifically and with as much Detail as Possible: On the 26th of October 2006, a poll posted by Wyatt McIntyre was deleted from Hangover.

In a public discussion of the incident, the Lord Chancellor stated that, "I have evidence to support the King's innocence in this matter."

I request a copy of all evidence in question, all documents pertaining to the supposed enquiry into this matter, and assuming it is still retrievable in some fashion, a copy of the deleted post.

I would like to add my support to this application. Ironically, I was just looking for a copy of the FOIA form so that I could do this myself.

Good luck getting a response, Gentlemen. You'd surely be well advised to do it on your own.
