He is currently without electric power and is kept inside his home by all the debris from the storm which has made travel on the roads very dangerous and difficult. Parliament's opening was scheduled for Monday the 16th, shall be postponed up to one week to allow the Lord High Chancellor to recover. Once conditions are better for the Lord High Chancellor he shall advise Us of the altered schedule. Making the most of this The opening of Parliament was a bit hurried because We felt the need to start proceedings quickly. This extra time can be put to good use by the parties in determining their platforms and composing initial bill ideas.
