AN HUMBLE PETITION

Unto Our Dread Sovereign Lord, the Most High and Most Mighty Prince,

ALEXANDER

By the Grace of God King of Hanover

SHEWETH:

That protocol is not intended to be awkward or be the cause of conflict may it please Your Dread Sovereign Majesty to enact the following changes in protocol,

1. Following the initial greeting, allow for foreign monarchs to reference Your Majesty as "Royal Cousin"

2. Allow for foreign Ambassadors to reference Your Majesty as "Your Majesty"

Lord Great Chamberlain,

We find this acceptable. Please create an addendum for the protocol, and We also command that the name of the document be changed to something more meaningful to new comers to alert them to the presence of a protocol which they might be otherwise unaware of upon arrival.
