FROM THE OFFICE OF:
HIS MAJESTY KING ALEXANDER OF ALL HANOVER
His Majesty wishes to again express Hanover's complete and utter rejection of using violence to solve political problems. As the anniversary of the tragic events that unfolded on September 11th, 2001 dawns across Hanover We call upon all to reflect upon what we have learned, and what we have not learned. We ask all to seek innovative ways to make the world a little bit better for all man kind so that, hopefully, the world will also be a little bit safer for all man kind.
The children around the world who have seen bombs fall from the sky and claim their parents are no less precious than those watched on television as the towers fell from the sky and claimed their parents.
We do not accept that Islam is the cause of terrorism, nor do we accept that western foreign policy is the cause either. We reject those views as too simplistic for history is replete with examples of non-Islamic terrorist acts having nothing to do with western foreign policy. Rather We are drawn to the conclusion that those who lash out in such violent ways do so out of a feeling of hopelessness and desperation. For the success rate of terrorism is very low and they surely know this.
At the end of the day our brotherhood of humanity must override our differences.
Regards,
HM Alexander of All Hanover
