Greetings to members of a Hanover Conservative Party, if there is one,
My nam is Sir Wyatt McIntyre and I am the leader and founder of the Pendronian Conservative Party. With the idea of a pending union between our two nations to creat one Imperial Confederation I would like to find members of a Hanover conservative Party to open the channels of dialogue between our two parties to discuss the nature of a conservative agenda in such an occassion.
My e-mail address is
gotterdamerrung@hotmail.com and I am rather easy to hunt down nonetheless.
I hope that we cn talk soon on matters of joint interest. Please do feel free to contact me at anytime.
Cordially
Sir Wyatt McIntyre
Leader of the Pendronian Conservative Party
Conservative Agenda
Sounds evil <_<
Rakesh,
I'm glad you picked up on the conservative agenda and it's juxtaposition to evil.
The conservative agenda is, in fact, preoccupied with evil. The evil that the state perpetrates upon the individual, and how to counteract it. It turns out that a great many people adopted evil, called liberalism, and adherents to conservatism are helping them to see the light.

HM Alexander of Hanover
I think we should agree to disagree before this gets ugly your majesty.
What do our opponents mean when they apply to us the label "Liberal?" If by "Liberal" they mean, as they want people to believe, someone who is soft in his policies abroad, who is against local government, and who is unconcerned with the taxpayer's dollar, then the record of this party and its members demonstrate that we are not that kind of "Liberal." But if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal." (Former US President John F. Kennedy)
First off, by the Kennedy standard of liberalism Nixon was a bigger liberal then JFK, if you disagree look at welfare reform, medicare reform, the appointment of Moniyhan to the Economic council and such.
People hear the words conservative agenda together and they have your opinion, that it is evil. The slogan of the Pendronian Conservative Party, "An Agenda of Respect for All Pendronians" is exactly the agenda of the Conservative Party, to build and maintian a society based upon the fundamental principles of social justice, liberty, and the actual equality of all people and all nations. We believe that for a society to prosper and flourish there can be no rights without the responsibilities of the people being carefully laid out and we work hard to ensure that is maintained in order to ensure that an enlightened monarchy flourishes as it has in both Pendronia and Hanover in the past.
That is what makes us conservatives, the adherency to the sacred traditions and institutions that have built the foundations of our nations, for King and Country. We believe in a society of allegiances that respects the principles of peace, order and good, responsible government because in that system life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness can be not only maintain, it can be advanced upon according to the individual needs and requirements of the individuals and the community of communities making up the nation.
*Raises Glass* To you Mr. Prime Minister of Pendronia!
I am very conservative...

NO.
I'm going to maintain my smarmy high horse attitude in this thread because I think it's funny.
Liberal = bad
Conservative = good
Just to make sure the sarcasm is dripping I'm going to use Smilies. I detest smilies, but it's better than being misunderstood.
