FROM THE OFFICE OF:
HIS MAJESTY KING ALEXANDER OF ALL HANOVER
The Royal family was deeply saddened by the debasement of the tradition of the World Cup by being decided in a penalty kick shootout.
Of course, the Royal family takes nothing from the Italian team who, being one of the greatest in the world, and perhaps the greatest, cannot hold their heads high and count themselves as truly among the elites who have won the World Cup by skill on the field. Their win is greatly diminished and the Royal family grieves for the Italian nation that was handed what amounts to a coin toss win.
Regards,
HM Alexander of All Hanover
