WOW. That is something. I don't think I know of anyone who has had such success recruiting so quickly.
The Ministry of Immigration has received his application. However, in a twist of irony, your fast immigration has brought up some points that cannot be simply dismissed. I'm afraid Scott, while in all likelihood a fine addition to Hanover, did not come with a character witness from a Prince. His process may take a bit longer.
I shall advise him that his best path to citizenship is to participate.
I for one would like to meet Scott and get to know him a bit! Please encourage him to post some things, get in on the conversations, and get to know us as we get to know him.

Well my majesty scott wil be more active after hes done with his college paperwork, AND I GOT ANOTHER ONE!!! my older cousin (f) is joining soon, and will be active alot, please welcome her as well, shell be applying and posting asap......
