Alexander, by the Grace of God of All Hanover King, to the councilors of the Privy Council, and all Our loving subjects, and whatsoever to whom these presents shall come, greeting.
WHEREAS The Privy Council has offered Us excellent council and guidance in the past;
WHEREAS The Privy Council has, for various reasons, become non-functional;
WHEREAS The Kingdom wishes to involve all her citizens in a more direct form of governance;
WE DO COMMAND That the councilors are dismissed without prejudice and the Privy Council is dissolved until Our good pleasure is otherwise.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Us at Our court at Gagarin Annex this Third day of October in the Year of Grace 2005, the Second year of Our Reign.
