Alexander, by the grace of God, of Hanover and Athenoi King, Emperor of Calormen and the Head of the Commonwealth to our most loyal subjects of the Kingdom of Hanover.
WHEREAS Our kingdom requires a cultural outlet and an organized body for the study and discussion of the arts and sciences, free from association with the political government, and
WHEREAS We also desire such an association to guide and develop the simulated background of Our realm, we order and declare the National Society for the Humanities (NSH), has been unable to fulfill this function,
LET IT BE KNOWN the National Society for the Humanities is dissolved effective immediately.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Third day of December in the Year of Grace 2003, the First year of Our Reign.
