WHEREAS We recognize that the Royal Rights and Responsibilities Commission usurps the authority of the Royal Nationhood Commission and the Special Parliament,
WHEREAS we wish to return authority to the rightful body,
LET IT BE KNOWN that it is Our Will and Pleasure that the Royal Rights and Responsibilities Commission (RRC) be dissolved effective immediately.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Third day of December in the Year of Grace 2003, the First year of Our Reign.
