Citizens,

It is with much pleasure and excitement that I announce that as of today, I am ending my leave of absence from the Kingdom. At this point you will doubtless expect me to give a lengthy narrative detailing where I've been, my plans for the future, etc.; as the preceeding months have been rather dull, and I have no plans at the present, I will spare myself the time of writing it, and you the boredom of reading it. What I can say for certain is that I will be as active as I practically can, and although that level of activity may not reach my previous heights, it should at least be significant.

Sincerely,

Christopher D. Livingston
Duke of Montagu
Duke,

Hey! We are delighted.

So, where have you been?

KIDDING

Glad to see you back.

- Alexander
My Lord Duke,

I am glad to see you back and happy to see whatever issues you faced are now resolved. Things just haven't been the same in your absence!

I will, of course, pack up my things and return to the Deputy Minister's office at the Foreign Ministry. If you have any questions about foreign affairs business I've conducted in your absence, please feel free to ask. I will also, at this point, stop participating in the Privy Council, unless of course His Majesty chooses to appoint me as a permanent member of that body.
Absolutely wonderful!

Glad to have you back, Your Grace.

And you got back on my birthday, no less! Here, have some cake...
Yes,

Let him eat cake!
LORD MONTAGU!

I am overjoyed to see your grace back! OVERJOYED. Welcome back!

Gentlemen,

*eats cake*

Many thanks for your kind welcome. Mr Smith, feel free to stay at your post: since it appears that I am still Prime Minister in these parts, I have recommended that you remain as Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Sincerely,

Montagu
Very well, it will be my pleasure.
