[font=georgia;]<strong>Thomas</strong> by the Grace of God of Hanover and of Our other Realms and Territories King, Emperor of Calormen, and Head of the Commonwealth To Our trusted and well beloved Subjects Members of Our Parliament presently assembled, Greeting.
<strong>Forasmuch</strong> as in Our said Parliament an Act has been agreed upon by you Our loving Subjects the Members of Parliament the short Title whereof is <strong>Heraldic Authority Act 2003</strong>, yet this said Act is not of force and effect in the Law without Our Royal Assent
<strong>WE HAVE THEREFORE</strong> caused these Our Letters Patent to be made and have signed the same and by the same Do give and put Our Royal Assent to the said Act and to all articles clauses and provisions therein contained and have fully agreed and assented to the said Act
<strong>AND WE DECLARE</strong> and will that after this Our Royal Assent given and passed by these presents, then and immediately the said Act shall be taken, accepted and admitted a good sufficient and perfect Act of the Parliament and Law to all intents, constructions and purposes and to be put in due execution accordingly
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent witness of Ourself at Our Court of Marchmain Palace on this Twentieth Day of November in the Year of Grace 2003, the Second of Our reign.
