Greetings! My name is Jose Enrique Martin, newly appointed Minister of freign Affairs, now i am told that Hanover had an existing treaty with San Martin, is this true? If it is then, ok i am here to renew the Treaty, but if its not then, sorry o bother. Anyways, if it isnt is Hanover Intrested in a Treaty of Mutual recognition and Friendship?

I am Carson Smith, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs over here. It is my opinion that the treaty between San Martin and Hanover still stands, regardless of government change on either side.

We do not have one. The relationship was never really all that involved, to tell the truth. I wasn't here when the treaty was signed, so I wouldn't know much. You'd best ask His Majesty King Alexander.
