<strong>WHEREAS</strong> We acknowledge that it is Our most solemn duty to govern Our realm with wisdom and due diligence,

<strong>LET IT BE KNOWN</strong> that it is Our Will and Pleasure that, the following shall comprise the Special Parliament, and shall sit until the Organic Law is repealed:
