HIS MAJESTY ALEXANDER
GAGARIN ROYAL OFFICE
HANOVER
The Royal Family was horrified to hear the news of the deaths of at least 27 children and the hospitalization of at least one hundred more in the southern Philippines after eating cassava snack at school.
Such accidents reinforce the message to Us all of the fragility and unpredictability of life leading to the only conclusion that life is precious and to be protected and savored.
Our meager comments here can never begin to comfort those parents who have lost their children to such a senseless accident, but We feel compelled to send them anyway. It is Our hope that the root cause of this accident is identified and precluded from ever happening again so that this can never be repeated.
Regards,
HM Alexander of All Hanover
