Letters Pattent: House of Gagarin

Alexander, by the grace of God, of Hanover and Athenoi King, Emperor of Calormen and the Head of the Commonwealth to our most loyal subjects of the Kingdom of Hanover.
Whereas the house of Marchmain no longer holds claim to the Monarchy of the Kingdom of Hanover.
Whereas the issue of proper succession must be satisfied for continued reasonable function of the nation.
LET IT BE KNOWN that we do hereby ordain and create the House of Gagarin. The House of Gagarin shall enjoy all rights, privileges and benefits of the Monarchy and of succession of same.
LET IT BE KNOWN that I, Alexander, shall be the head the House of Gagarin so long as I survive.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Our self at Our Court at Gagarin Palace this twenty-third day of November in the Year of Grace 2003, the First year of Our Reign.
