THOMAS, by the Grace of God of Hanover and Athenoi King, Emperor of Calormen, and Head of the Commonwealth to All Our Loving Subjects Whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.



WHEREAS We acknowledge that it is Our most solemn duty to govern Our realm with wisdom and due diligence,



WHEREAS We heartily thank all of Our subjects who are participating in Our Royal Nationhood Commission, whose work is so vital for the future of Our realm,



WHEREAS We recognise the necessities for both speed and depth of debate in creating the Organic Law,



LET IT BE KNOWN that it is Our Will and Pleasure to constitute, order and declare a <strong>Royal Rights and Responsibilities Commission</strong>, to address the question of citizens' rights and responsibilities; to provide an article on the same as part of the Organic Law; and in the future to ensure that that article is upheld; and to continually assess that article, to ensure that it provides the optimum situation for Hanover and her citizens.



LET IT BE KNOWN furthermore that it is Our Will and Pleasure that Our most loyal servant, <strong>Rakesh Maziar Ackbar</strong>, should be the <strong>Chairman</strong> of this Commission, ensuring on Our behalf that its important task is accomplished, AND WE COMMAND that he shall retain the post of Chairman of the Royal Rights and Responsibilities Commission until Our further pleasure is signified.



In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Marchmain palace this Nineteenth day of September in the Year of Grace 2003, the First year of Our Reign.
