FARONIA CITY
KINGDOM OF FARONIA

Hanoverian Friends,

It brings me great pleasure to announce the formation of the Kingdom of Faronia to the micronational community. The Kingdom of Faronia is a legitimate, sovereign, functioning, non-territorial nation.

The Kingdom of Faronia was founded by me as a haven for monarchist ideals as well as for those who are fed up with the depressing current state of world affairs. Nevertheless, we will of course welcome citizens of any political ideology and welcome everyone's assistance, whether they choose to apply for citizenship or not, in building our nation.

This seems like an ideal moment for me to unveil Faronia's
forums and national website. All feedback about our progress so far is welcome on the forums, and we of course welcome all other discussions. (We have not one, but two off topic forums in addition to our many forums relating to micronationalism!)

As we enter the micronational scene, Faronia is actively looking to establish diplomatic relationships with established nations. If you are interested, please contact me...my contact details are on the website. I would also like to take this opportunity to say that I will be maintaining all my other micronational citizenships, at least for the time being.

Yours very truly,

CARSON THE FIRST
King of Faronia

a.k.a.

Carson Smith
Lavalonian Justice
Hanoverian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Lemurian Economy Officer
Carson, I think founding and running your own micronation is a good way for new people to get a feel for the international community of the hobby, and for the sheer difficulty of achieving success for a micronation. I wish you the best of luck with the project.
Thank you, Your Majesty. I can only hope for the best for Faronia.
Carson:

Thomas isn't the King...he is a Royal Duke like me. And Bruno. why don't you go by HRH Prince Thomas....
Yes, but doesn't the King retain the style of Majesty once he abdicates?
Your forums dont work.
Mr. Smith,

We believe he specifically requested to be addressed as Duke Brunswick, or Lord Brunswick.

Regards,
HM Alexander of All Hanover
M.P. Beuchner,

Someone *gulp gulp* accidentally deleted the database for the forums. New ones are online at http://faronia.8.forumer.com. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Your Majesty,

Very well, I will address him so.
On the address thing: "Your Majesty" is too confusing - I think it should be reserved for the king. Personally I'd prefer not to be "Prince Thomas" - Justin is the one true Prince! Anything else is fine, and as I have said to Carson privately, all are welcome to call me "Tom" in informal correspondence.
