THOMAS, by the Grace of God of Hanover and Athenoi King, Emperor of Calormen, and Head of the Commonwealth to All Our Loving Subjects Whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.



WHEREAS We are very pleased to witness the regular publication of the Hanover Review, reporting and recording the events of Our realm for today and for posterity,



WHEREAS We desire to encourage and support this endeavour and the attitude with which it is undertaken,



LET IT BE KNOWN that it is Our Will and Pleasure to grant Our Royal Warrant to the Hanover Review, permitting the display of Our Coat of Arms upon the publications, advertisements and all products of the Hanover Review and its associated corporation, together with the inscription &quot;By appointment to HM Thomas I, King of Hanover, reporter and recorder of events.&quot;



In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Marchmain palace this Twenty-first day of September in the Year of Grace 2003, the First year of Our Reign.
