Whereas it is necessary for the well-being of Our Realm that interested persons are able to immigrate in a simple and expeditious manner And Whereas Our Government lacks an official to manage the immigration process and ensure the consistent functioning thereof Now Know Ye that We, by virtue of Our Prerogative Royal and of all other powers enabling Us in that behalf have, of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion, been pleased to appoint Dame Rosalie Sluss to be Our Deputy Minister for Immigration And We do hereby declare that said Dame Rosalie Sluss is in her role as Deputy Minister for Immigration to be subordinate to Our Minister for Home Affairs, and to Our Prime Minister. In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent Witness Ourself at Gagarin Annex the sixth day of February in the first year of Our Reign.
