Alexander the First by the Grace of God of All Hanover King to Carson Smith Greeting! Whereas Our Prime Minister requires assistance in his role as Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs Now Know Ye that We, by virtue of Our Prerogative Royal and of all other powers enabling Us in that behalf have, of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion, been pleased to appoint Carson Smith to be Our Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs And We do hereby declare that said Carson Smith is in his role as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs to be subordinate to Our Minister for Foreign Affairs, and to Our Prime Minister. In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent Witness Ourself at Gagarin Annex the seventh day of February in the first year of Our Reign.
