AND WE COMMAND That he shall be a resident of the Royal Dominion of Emden until such time as he shall, by legal petition, change his residence.
In Witness whereof We have caused this instrument of recognition to be made in WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin Annex this Twenty Third day of January in the Year of Grace 2005, the Second year of Our Reign.
