Its my pleasure to announce the planned launch of a new Hanoverian newspaper, The Ellicot Observer.
Initially it will be edited by yours truly and published by Thomas Cutterham, but it is out hope that a new editor can be found for this vital task in the not to distant future.
Publication date - the plan is that the Observor will be published fortnightly, at the end of the weekend.
Content - News, analysis and opinion on Hanoverian and intermicronational affairs and micronationally oriented comedy (hopefully with a regular contrabution from the satire laden pen of Chris Livingston). In a first for a micronational publication we aim to include interesting snippets from peoples home towns, and in true tabloid style, gossip from the real lives of our public figures.
Contributers - the problem with any micronational publication is maintaining a range of content. The Observer aims to encourage regular contrabutions of 250-500 words from as many Hanoverian citizens who have the time.
Format - The Observer will be published in PDF format, with occasional relevant photos (we need a photo of HMs new palace!).
