Alexander, by the Grace of God of Hanover King, to Our right trusty and right entirely beloved cousin and counsellor the Duke of Brunswick, and all Our loving subjects, and whatsoever to whom these presents shall come, greeting.
WHEREAS We have need of a trusted envoy in the Realm of His Majesty King Vincent III of Morovia,
WE COMMAND Until such time as Our good pleasure expires the Duke to the post of Special Royal Envoy to the Kingdom of Morovia,
LET IT BE KNOWN By all who shall receive these letters patent that Our trusty subject speaks with Our voice in matters pertaining to the relationship between Morovia and Hanover.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Us at Our court at Gagarin palace this Seventh day of January in the Year of Grace 2005, the Second year of Our Reign.
