Alexander, by the Grace of God of Hanover King, Our right trusty and right entirely beloved cousin and counsellor the Duke of Brunswick, and all Our loving subjects, and whatsoever to whom these presents shall come, greeting.
WHEREAS The Duke has shown exceptional loyalty and ability in the field of internal affairs
WHEREAS Our Duke has proved invaluable in all matters and has consistantly provided wise council
WHEREAS We have the lone authority, per the Organic Law, Article 22, section A, to appoint a Lord President of the Council,
LET IT BE KNOWN It is our right and good pleasure to appoint him to the position of Lord President of the Council.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Us at Our court at Gagarin palace this Eighteenth day of November in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
