Alexander, by the Grace of God of All Hanover King to All Our Loving Subjects, and Whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.



WHEREAS We are very pleased with the exceptional work of Our right trusty and well-beloved cousin the Baron Munster in his creation and publication of The Hanoverian,



WHEREAS We desire to encourage and support this endeavor and the attitude with which it is undertaken,




WHEREAS We desire to supoprt all such efforts at free speech,




WHEREAS We find the Hanoverian to add to the national dialog in a meaningful and important way,



LET IT BE KNOWN That it is Our Will and Pleasure to grant Our Royal Warrant to The Hanoverian, permitting the display of Our Coat of Arms upon the publications, advertisements and all products of The Hanoverian, together with the inscription "By appointment to HM Alexander I, King of Hanover, Premier News and Comment."



In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our Gagarin Palace this Eleventh day of Novermber in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
