I propose that a House of Commons has a seating formula that grants each Dominion recieves 1 seat each and then one addition seat for each three citizens to a maximum of five seats total. Upon the reacing of five seats by each and every dominion there will be a reworking of the formula.
Lord McIntyre and I have agreed upon the following formula for calculating representation in the House of Commons:

Dominions with 1 to 2 residents elect 1 MP
Dominions with 3 to 9 residents elect 2 MPs
Dominions with 10 or more residents elect 3 MPs, plus an additional MP for each 10 subsequent residents

By the following list of residents for each dominion, which I have compiled via guesswork, Hanover will elect 3 MPs, Calormen 2, and Athenoi 2. Citizens whom I suspect will not vote in elections have not been listed.

Quote:

Sincerely,

Lord Oldenburg

As the Lord Oldenburg has noted, we have discussed this matter and we are both in support of this system. This is a common sense solution and adds a dynamiv to our nation that will allow for greater interest and future growth.

I hope all citizens will support this.
Friends,

Dame Sluss is a resident of Athenoi, actually.
