Greetings,

On behalf of my office I would like to welcome you all to the Congress of Bergen, it is a unique pleasure to be here. As you may know whn the original attempts were made to make constitutional changes I served as the Special Constitutional Advisor to Parliament. This was my first post in the Kingdom of Hanover but not my last. Nothing came of much distinction but this cause does have a special place in my heart.

So welcome and hnk you for being here

As Prime Minister of Hanover I also would like to welcome my fellow Heads of Government, and of course our legal advisor the Chief Justice, to this illustrious Congress. I hope that we will succede in the task set out by His Majesty, and produce a constitution which can properly govern his realms.
